David Belton, known as D.E. Belton is an American self-published cartoonist, illustrator, and graphic novelist born and raised in South Carolina. The founder of Prismhaus Comics and a graduate of SCAD with a major in Sequential Art, he’s applied his passions towards the art of fiction for the greater portion of his adult life. A self-described “storyteller at heart” who uses the medium of comics to share his ideas, Belton seeks to deliver his brand of unmistakably curious worlds and colorfully bizarre characters. 

Belton currently has all of his creative energy devoted to the production of several short one-shot comics, including “A Live Demonstration”, “Hotel RED”, and “Black Bullet”. Through these, the recently finished “Step-Monster”, and many longer future projects under Prismhaus he hopes to continue to reach, entertain, and inspire both readers and other creatives alike.
